“EASY CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP” IS IN:

EASY CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP 
2 cups cooked tomatoes
1/2 tsp. dried or 5-6 leaves fresh basil
1 tsp. honey or agave syrup
3 cups low-fat milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
sea salt (optional, to taste)
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice (optional)

Combine tomatoes, milk and basil in the top of a double boiler or in the microwave on low and heat slowly, stirring occasionally, but do not allow to boil. Soup is done when steam starts to rise from the surface.

Season to taste with salt, pepper, honey or agave syrup and butter.

Serve hot with a salad or sandwich.
