EASY HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, uncooked
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 can chicken vegetable soup
1 1/2 cans water
3 shredded medium carrots
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste

Butter a baking dish or small roaster. Crumble raw hamburger and place on bottom. Add uncooked noodles and soup diluted with the water. Season with salt and pepper. Add carrots and celery. Mix well and place in 350 degree oven. DO NOT STIR WHILE BAKING. Bake for 45 minutes. Crumble 1 cup of potato chips over top and bake 15 minutes longer.
