EASY SPINACH CASSEROLE 
4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
1 (16 oz.) carton light sour cream
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Mix above ingredients together well, pour into 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with Pepperidge Farm stuffing, and drizzle 1/4 pound melted butter over stuffing. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6.
