CHICKEN & MACARONI CASSEROLE 
3 c. (6 oz.) cooked macaroni
2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. cut up chicken (1, 12 oz. can)
1 c. sliced canned mushrooms
1/4 c. pimento
1 can cream of chicken soup plus enough milk to make 2 c.

Mix all ingredients. Pour into buttered 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Note: May use turkey instead of chicken and peas instead of mushrooms. Save cheese and sprinkle on top.
