PORK CHOPS WITH PEACHES 
6 pork chops, 1 inch thick
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chili sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can peach halves or slices

Brown chops in skillet over medium heat; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add chili sauce, lemon juice and 1/3 cup syrup drained from peaches. Cover and cook over low heat for 50 minutes or until chops are tender. During last 15 minutes of cooking time, add peaches and heat.
