OYSTER DRESSING 
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pt. raw oysters
8 c. dry bread

Cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add seasonings. Mix and add 1 pint oysters and 8 cups dry bread. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 or 30 minutes.
