LEMON BARS 
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c.sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. real lemon juice

Mix together butter, powdered sugar and flour and press into a buttered 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Mix together eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice. Pour over hot crust and bake another 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into bars while warm. When cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Makes 25 to 30 bars.
