CARAMEL CORN 
2 cubes real butter
2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. light Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. popcorn kernels, unpopped (Jollytime)
1 lg. roasting pan, 5" deep approx.

Pop 1 cup of popcorn in air popper. Put in pan at 300 degrees in oven to keep warm. Bring to boil the first 3 ingredients, stirring considerably. After it's boiling, stop stirring and let it boil for 5 minutes. Take from fire and add next 2 ingredients (soda and vanilla).

Take popcorn out of oven, pour mixture over popcorn and mix very well with wooden spoon. Put back in oven at 250 degrees stirring every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Let cool when done. Break apart. Makes a lot.
