TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped or cut in sm. pieces
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 med. onion, diced
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. bottle Russian dressing
7 oz. pkg. corn chips, crushed
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans

Brown hamburger and drain on paper toweling. Stir dry seasoning in meat mixture. Mix remaining ingredients together (except dressing and corn chips) to put on top of meat. Add them when ready to serve. Use 9 x 13 inch pan.
