WILD RICE HOTDISH 
2 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. hamburger
3 c. raw wild rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Salt and pepper
Soy sauce
3 soup cans water

Brown and drain hamburger. Saute celery, onion, and mushrooms until tender. Cook rice until tender in water, about 1/2 hour. Combine hamburger, sauteed vegetables, soups, water, salt, and pepper to taste. Add soy sauce to taste. Put in roaster and bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until rice is tender.
