KONA HAM HAWAIIAN SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 tbsp. reserved juice
1/2 lb. cooked ham, cut into strips
1 banana, sliced
1 c. halved strawberries
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. dried mustard
Lettuce

Combine pineapple, ham, banana and strawberries in a bowl. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and reserved pineapple juice; toss with salad. Serve on bed of lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
