HAWAIIAN HAM | |
1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. cornstarch 1 c. pineapple juice 1/3 c. orange marmalade 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 lb. fully cooked ham, cut in 1 inch cubes 11 oz. can mandarin orange sections 13 1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks 3/4 c. seedless green grapes Cantaloupe & honeydew melon as desired 6 c. of rice 1/2 c. slivered almonds Combine sugar and cornstarch and mix well. Stir in pineapple juice, marmalade and lemon juice. Cook over medium to medium-high heat until thick. Reduce heat and stir in ham. Add all the fruit pieces. Heat until hot all the way through. Cook rice as directed on the package. Serve ham and fruit mixture over a bed of rice and garnish with slivered almonds. |
