6 c. diced, boiled potatoes
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. minced onion
Salt to taste
Grated American cheese

Mix together well with 1 cup milk, put into buttered casserole. Top with grated American cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
