TOFU MILKSHAKE | |
1 carton soft tofu 1-2 ripe bananas 1/3 c. milk or juice (your choice) 1 pkg. Weight Watchers or Alba milk shake mix Chocolate, vanilla or orange flavors 6-8 ice cubes Additions: 2 tbsp. chunky peanut butter added to chocolate or vanilla Fresh strawberries (4-5 med.) added to vanilla Place bananas, milk or juice and milkshake mix in blender. Blend on medium-low speed. Add tofu and any additions, continue to blend. Add ice cubes at low speed. When chopped blend briefly on high. Serve in glass with a straw. Will serve 2-3 depending on glass size. Makes a fast nutritious breakfast with toast, or by itself. Kids love it! Orange tastes like Orange Julius. |
