MEXICAN SPOON BREAD 
1 c. yellow corn meal
1 can cream corn
2 eggs
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Stir all ingredients together. Put in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until set.
