ITALIAN MARINADE SALAD | |
1 med. head cauliflower, cut into flowerets 1 med. bunch broccoli, cut up 2 green peppers 2 cucumbers 8 carrots, peeled & sliced 3 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing made without water Green onions, if desired 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1. Cut all vegetables into flowerettes or slice as appropriate. Place in jar or bowl (except mushrooms). 2. Make dressing following package directions, but eliminate the water called for. 3. Pour dressing over vegetables, stir or shake until coated. 4. Refrigerate overnight. 5. 3-6 hours before serving, slice and add mushrooms. |
