GAZPACHO SALAD | |
3/4 c. Italian dressing 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 10 med. mushrooms or more, sliced 4 green onions 2 med. cucumbers, sliced 1/2 c. parsley 1 med. green pepper, sliced 3 tomatoes or radishes 6 oz. Swiss cheese in thin strips 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced Combine dressings and seasonings. Add mushrooms, cucumbers, and green pepper. Add parsley. Combine all vegetables and dressings and refrigerate for 3 or 4 hours. Arrange cheese on top and sliced eggs before serving. |
