REUBEN SANDWICHES 
8 slices rye bread
1 lb. lean sliced corn beef
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
Prepared spicy or Dijon mustard
Prepared Thousand Island Dressing
butter

On each slice of bread place 1 slice Swiss cheese. Place corned beef on one slice. Top with desired amount of sauerkraut. Cover with other cheese slice and bread.

Melt butter in griddle. Grill each side of sandwich until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with mustard and Thousand Island Dressing on the side. Serves 4. Mouth-watering!
