REUBEN SANDWICHES 
8 slices rye or pumpernickel bread
8 tsp. melted butter
1/2 c. Russian, or Thousand Island dressing
6 Hebrew National Hot Dogs, sliced lengthwise
1 can sauerkraut
4 slices Swiss cheese

Toast bread; spread with small amount of dressing. Place three slices of hot dog on each sandwich. Layer kraut on top of hot dogs and top with cheese. Cover with the last slice of bread. Heat in microwave on HIGH setting for 20 seconds or until the cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
