FRUIT PUNCH 
2 c. sugar
3 c. water
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
3 bananas, cut in lg. pieces
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 c. orange juice
46 oz. can pineapple juice
1 liter ginger ale or Sprite

Mix sugar and water in large pan. Bring to a light boil 5 minutes (sugar must be dissolved). Let cool. Blend strawberries in blender. Add bananas and lemon juice to blender. Puree. Add fruit mixture to sugar and water mixture. Add orange juice and pineapple juice. Mix. Divide into 3 containers and freeze 1 day. To make punch, remove mixture from freezer 1 hour before serving. Add ginger ale or Sprite to each container (break up frozen fruit mixture into small chunks). For fruitier flavor, diminish amount of liquid added. Serves approximately 20 people.
