1/2 c. Bisquick or self-rising flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. sweet potatoes
1 can milk
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat ingredients. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. May omit lemon flavoring and add 1/2 cup crushed pineapple.
