GERMAN PANCAKES 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 cube butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs

Beat all ingredients together, except butter. Melt butter in 8 inch square pan at 425 degrees. Pour batter into melted butter. Return to oven. Bake 20 minutes (remove top rack - it grows) in center of oven. Serve with syrup or fruit cocktail.
