HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/2 c. jalapeno
1 c. bell pepper
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle Certo
1 c. cider vinegar
Green food coloring

Grind peppers. Boil all ingredients together 5 minutes. Take from heat and cool 10 minutes. Add Certo. Mix and then put in jars; seal. Makes six 1/2 pint jars of jelly.
