DUTCH BABY 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
Butter with cinnamon/sugar (to taste)
Confectioners sugar

Saute apples in butter with cinnamon/sugar. Set aside.

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Beat eggs until blended. Sift flour and salt together. Add milk and eggs to flour and salt; beat until smooth. Stir in butter. Pour into buttered 9 inch pan. Bake on bottom rack 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Prick shell and bake 10 additional minutes. Fill with apples. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
