S'MORES 
1 (11 1/2 oz.) 2 c. chocolate morsels
1 measuring tbsp. vegetable shortening
22 graham crackers, cut in half crosswise
22 lg. marshmallows

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Over hot (not boiling) water, combine morsels and shortening; heat until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Spread 2 measuring teaspoons chocolate mixture onto half the graham cracker halves; set aside.

Place remaining cracker halves on ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan; place 1 marshmallow on each cracker half. Bake 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven. Place chocolate crackers on top; chocolate side down; press.
