7-UP SALAD 
7 oz. 7-Up
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 bags (3 oz. pkg.) cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. box lime Jello
Cap full green food coloring
Can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 container Cool Whip

Melt 7-Up and marshmallows in double boiler. When melted pour in the Jello and stir until dissolved. Beat cream cheese until smooth and add lemon juice, walnuts, food coloring and pineapple. Combine all ingredients except Cool Whip and put in cake pan. Chill until it is almost set then fold in the Cool Whip. Keep chilled.
