BUTTERMILK PANCAKES 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. buttermilk

Sift dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Stir lightly. Mixture will be thick and lumpy. Add extra water if you want thinner pancakes. Drop on hot greased griddle, turn to a golden brown. Serves 6 people.
