Unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 (1 lb.) pkg. brownie mix
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Whipped cream

Prepare brownie mix as directed on package for fudgy brownies.

Spread mixture evenly in pie shell. Pour chocolate syrup evenly over top. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm topped with whipped cream. Makes 10 servings.
