3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. solid pack pumpkin

Mix together dry ingredients. Blend oil and sugar. Add eggs to sugar mixture, one at a time, mixing well. Add pumpkin and mix. Stir in dry ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured bundt or angel food cake pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
