3 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa powder (Hershey's)

Mix together thoroughly, a whisk works best. Store in an airtight container.

HOW TO USE:

1 cup water
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup chocolate gravy powder

In saucepan boil water (equivalent to the amount of gravy you want to end up with). Turn to warm and immediately sprinkle chocolate powder over boiling water, stirring constantly until thick. Add butter, stir to melt.

Serve over hot biscuits.
