CHOCOLATE GRAVY 
1 tbsp. Hershey's Baking Cocoa Mix
3 tbsp. self-rising flour
water
1 tbsp. butter
sugar, to taste

Also:

1 can biscuits or slices of bread

This recipe was a favorite of mine that Mom made for us at breakfast time while growing up.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake biscuits while preparing the following gravy recipe.

GRAVY:

1. In a skillet, mix 1 tablespoon Hershey's Baking Cocoa Mix with 3 tablespoon self-rising flour.

2. Over low-medium heat, gradually mix a little water at a time until the gravy becomes the right consistency.

3. Add 1 tablespoon butter to the gravy and mix until melted.

4. Add sugar to taste.

When biscuits are done, you can divide them in half or use slices of bread. Place on plate and pour gravy over top.

Note: If need a larger amount of gravy, just double the recipe amounts.
