HUNTERS' DELIGHT VENISON SAUSAGE 
2 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
3/4 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 lbs. venison, cut to 1 1/2 inch cubes
4 lbs. pork, cut to 1 1/2 inch cubes

Sprinkle combined seasonings over meat cubes in large bowl. Toss well. Grind and stuff into casings.
