MALLOW FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla

In 2 quart bowl, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Cook on high 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes. Stir mixture and cook an additional 3 minutes on high. Add remaining ingredients and stir mixture until thoroughly combined. Pour into a buttered glass pan. Cool and cut into squares.
