1 1/2 lb. beef chuck, ground
1 onion, sliced
6 lemon slices
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water

Put beef into deep 9 or 10-inch pie pan. Top with onion and lemon slices. Mix ketchup with remaining ingredients, and pour on top of meat. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Pour off some of the fat. Cut pie into wedges.
