CABBAGE ROLLS 
1/2 c. Patty Mix
1 c. brown rice, cooked
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
12 cabbage leaves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook cabbage leaves in pan of water 5 minutes. Remove and let cool. Prepare Patty Mix according to package directions and let stand 15 minutes. Add rice, celery, and onion to patty mix and stir until uniform. Place spoonful of mixture on each leaf. Fold edges in and roll up. Pour 1 cup spaghetti sauce into an oiled 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Arrange cabbage rolls. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
