WILD TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 c. butter
1 c. wheat flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. milk
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
4 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
6 c. cubed turkey
18 oz. mushrooms
1 1/2 c. green pepper
1 c. onions
2/3 c. almonds

Melt butter. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat until it bubbles. Remove from heat, add broth, milk, soups. Heat to boiling. Add rice, turkey, mushrooms, peppers, onions, almonds. Pour into two 9x13 inch pans or Dutch oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 12 servings. Good warmed up again.
