KISHIK 
1 1/2 c. lamb, cut in sm. pieces
1 c. kishik
4-5 cloves garlic, whole
2 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Fry meat and garlic. Add kishik and stir and fry well. Gradually add water and stir until smooth. If it is still thick, add 1/2 cup milk. Mixture should be the consistency of cream of wheat. Add pepper. Cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
