1 lb. hamburger meat
1 lb. hot patty sausage
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cooked rice
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® original wild rice with herbs
1 can mushrooms, sliced

Brown meat; pour off grease. Saute onion and bell pepper in 1 tablespoon butter. Pour into mixing bowl the tomatoes and soup, also mushrooms with water. Cook rice (both kinds) according to directions. Place all ingredients in casserole and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
