HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. chopped onions
12 oz. can kernel corn, drained
10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
3 c. cooked noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate (Accent)
Bread crumbs

Fry ground beef until brown. Drain off any fat then add onions and cook for 2 minutes. Mix corn, soup and sour cream then add beef. Add cooked noodles and stir until mixed. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs and cook uncovered 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Serves 8-10. Also good with 1/4 cup green pepper.
