SWEET POTATO PIE 
6 medium sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
1/4 c. butter melted
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
3 eggs lightly beaten
dash of nutmeg

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. shredded coconut
1.3 c. butter melted

Mix topping ingredients together. Mix first 6 ingredients together. Put in baking dish. Crumble topping mixture on potatoes.

Bake about 50 minutes in 350 oven.

Serves 6-8 people.
