MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger, ground chuck
1/2 med. onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 can beer (your choice)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 sm. bottle catsup

Mix hamburger, onion, salt and pepper into balls, brown slightly and pour off excess fat. Put meatballs in casserole and pour the rest of ingredients over. Bake in oven 1/2 to 3/4 hour at 350 degrees.

Sprinkle a small amount of flour on hamburger while browning. This will help break it up evenly.
