MUSHIE'S CURE - ALL CHICKEN SOUP | |
1 med. skinless and boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes 1 med. skinless and boneless chicken thigh, cut into 1 inch cubes 2 stalks celery, cut into 1 inch length 2 carrots, peeled, coin cut 1/4 inch thick 1 med. onion, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced 6 chicken bouillon cubes 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 bay leaf 6 c. water In a large saucepan, place all ingredients. Cook on low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serves 4. |
