EXTRA - SPECIAL HERBED CHICKEN 
4 onion slices, 1/4" thick
1/2 c. precooked rice
4 servings of chicken (legs, thighs or breasts)
Kitchen bouquet
1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Cut four 12 inch squares of foil. On each place a slice of onion; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons rice. Top with a serving of chicken, skin side up. Brush chicken lightly with kitchen bouquet.

Combine milk, soup, parsley, salt and pepper; spoon soup mixture over chicken, dividing evenly between 4 servings. Fold foil over and seal securely. Place package on baking sheet. Bake in 425 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
