PASTRY MIX 1-2 CRUST PIE 
2 c. flour
2/3 c. Crisco
Dash baking powder
2-3 tbsp. water with 1 tsp. vinegar

Combine in bowl by cutting Crisco into flour with 2 knives until you have pea size pieces. Slowly add cold water until moist but not sticky. Roll out on floured board using quick smooth motions.
