CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. crushed walnuts

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temp.
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 tbsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crust ingredients and press evenly across bottom and sides of a 10" springform pan. Mix filling ingredients. Combine cream cheese and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each one. Beat in lemon juice. Pour filling over crust and bake for 45 minutes without opening the oven door.

Remove cheese cake and reduce heat to 300 degrees. Mix topping ingredients and spread topping over cheesecake. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes longer. Cool on rack for several hours, then refrigerate overnight.
