PARVE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. hot mocha mix
3 tbsp. hot strong coffee
2 eggs
4 tbsp. rum or liqueur

Place chocolate chips in blender or food processor. Add hot mocha mix, coffee, eggs and liqueur. Blend well. Place in serving cups (small) and refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Serve with parve whipped cream.
