RUSSIAN TEA | |
3 sticks cinnamon 1 tsp. whole cloves 1/2 tsp. whole allspice 1 c. water 3 tbsp. tea, scalded in 1 qt. boiling water 1 1/2 c. orange juice 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice 1 1/2 c. sugar Red food coloring Ball together cinnamon, cloves, allspice and cold water. Let stand 10 minutes. Combine ingredients and stir to dissolve sugar. Add food coloring to give desired tint. Yields 10 to 12 servings. |
