HOT FUDGE SAUCE | |
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz.) 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1/4 c. half 'n half or milk 1 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Select micro power at medium-low. In small glass bowl, heat chocolate chips and syrup for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes, stirring once. Gradually add half 'n half, stirring until smooth; stir in butter and vanilla. Serve over ice cream. VARIATION: For chocolate mint sauce, use 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon mint extract in place of vanilla extract. |
