WEDDING PUNCH 
6 (3 oz.) pkg. lime, strawberry or lemon Jello (depending on the color of punch you need)
6 c. boiling water
4 c. sugar
6 c. cold water
3 lg. cans frozen orange juice
3 lg. cans frozen lemonade
3 lg. cans pineapple juice
4 qt. sherbet
3 qt. ginger ale

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add cold water.

Prepare orange juice and lemonade according to package instructions. Add pineapple juice to orange juice and lemonade mixture. Add this to Jello mixture. Pour part of mixture in ring mold and freeze overnight. Pour rest of mixture into jars and cover and chill 24 hours.

When ready to serve, place ice ring in bottom of punch bowl. Add Jello mixture. Spoon in sherbet. Add ginger ale just before serving. Yield: 120 servings.

I cut this recipe in half and then freeze half for use later. Freezes well.
