HOLIDAY CHILI 
1 sm. bunch celery, diced
2 med. onions, diced
1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, diced
2 tsp. chili powder
1 can kidney beans
1 can chili with beans
1 lg. can tomatoes
Seasoning to taste (salt, etc.)
2 tsp. sugar
1 sm. bag Fritos

Brown meat. Remove from pan. Brown celery, onions, pepper in drippings. Add meat back to mixture. Add tomatoes, seasoning and sugar along with chili powder, kidney beans and can of chili. Cook slowly for 1 hour or a little longer. Serves 4-6. Double recipe and freeze. Add Fritos to top of chili when ready to serve.
